FOOT INDUSTRY · FLOW IN MOTION Pop-up Space officially launched on 13rd June, at the Grand Lawn, Queyue Town, Phase 1 (Zone 9), Aranya North Shore, Qinhuangdao.
Amid sea breezes, meadows and shifting light, we have created an open, mellow circular structure — a sensory venue exploring the bond between walking, the human body and nature.
Conceived as the “Ring of Flow”, this pop-up takes cues from nature: textures shaped by time, wind-weathered rock formations and rippling streams.Built in a circular form, its exterior is framed by layered dark timber columns, presenting a restrained and well-ordered silhouette. The central natural wood core stands as the visual highlight, resembling rock strata weathered by sea winds and time, in perfect harmony with Aranya’s expansive, laid-back ambiance.
Upon entry, wooden columns and reeds intertwine in soft light, crafting a serene ambiance. Natural reed installations are dotted around the space, evoking a wild coastal reed marsh. Partial wall panels woven with reed stalks blend raw organic textures with timber structures, bringing the gentle warmth of wetlands indoors. Light drifts gently through glass panes, resembling faint marks left by streams flowing over rocks — a delicate interpretation of this season’s core themes: flow and balance.
A central staircase leads to the rooftop terrace. As you climb, the sound of waves grows louder and the sky feels ever closer. This spatial transition embodies a journey from the outer natural world to inner reflection.
The pop-up showcases FOOT INDUSTRY’s Autumn/Winter 2026 Collection. Aligned with the spatial concept, the collection derives inspiration from nature’s inherent marks: vertical fissures on weathered rock, soft ripples across stone surfaces, and subtle grains formed during leather tanning.
These natural traces are reimagined into the lines, structures and material vocabulary of our footwear, weaving subtly throughout the entire collection. Supple leather pairs with supportive soles to create a dynamic balance, delivering lightweight wear and a snug fit for seamless movement between urban life and nature. The venue also displays the iconic silhouettes and evergreen styles to cater to diverse lifestyle scenarios.
In this fast-paced era, we take this seaside venue as a starting point. We invite everyone to reconnect with their bodily rhythm amidst nature, and rediscover inner ease and balance.
