一旦购买,我们将无法接受任何取消购买。

运输费用

*尺寸交换:运费由客户承担。
*如果您以 COD 方式退货,运费将从退款金额中扣除。鳕鱼
*有缺陷或错误交货:运费由我们承担。
条件:
鞋底、鞋跟、鞋面、缝线或鞋帮部分破损。脚趾部位不平整或小跟部鞋面变形。
鞋底分离、鞋型变形、鞋面漂白或褪色。
*如果您提前付款寄回,我们将无法退还运费。

退款

信用卡:退还给信用卡公司。
COD(仅限日本):退还至用于付款的银行账户。
*我们的客户服务将向客户发送一封确认电子邮件,以确认退款到的目标账户。
请注意,我们无法通过挂号邮件退款。
*如果您提前付款寄回,我们将无法退还运费。

注意力

如果交付的鞋盒或产品标签没有损坏或丢失,并且您仅在室内试穿,我们将能够交换相同产品的尺码(不能使用不同的颜色)。
在促销或活动期间购买的所有物品均不符合退货、换款式、换尺寸、信用票据或退款的条件。
客户将负责退回产品的费用,更换产品将免费交付。

请在填写【订单号、客户姓名、产品名称、所需尺寸】后通过电子邮件联系客服。
请注意,如果您要求的尺寸不可用,我们将提供退款
如果产品有缺陷,我们将仅在有库存的情况下将其更换为相同的产品。
鞋盒也是产品的一部分,如果发货单直接贴在鞋盒上,我们将不接受退货。
请注意,转账费用将从退款中扣除。
如果您收到了免费礼物,无论是退货还是换货,都请将其包含在同一个包裹中。
对于取消和退货,我们将在扣除购买金额的 5% 作为手续费后退还金额。此外,运费无法退还。
在日本取消和退货时,可以选择现金转帐退款。如果您在日本境外,将根据汇率扣除购买价格的 1.5%。此外,退款将直接记入付款方式。

Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase has been made, we will not be able to accept any cancellations of the purchase.

Shipping Fee

*Size exchange: shipping fee to be borne by the customer.
*If you return the product by C.O.D, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. C.O.D.
*Defective or wrong delivery: shipping fee borne by us.
Conditions:
The sole, heel, vamp, stitches or upper part of the shoe is broken. Toe area is uneven or the vamp of the small heel is distorted.
Seperation of sole, shape of shoe deformed, bleach or fading of the upper.
*We will not be able to refund the shipping fee if you send it back in advance payment.

Refund

Credit card: Refund back to card company.
C.O.D (Only in Japan): Refund back to bank account used for payment.
*Our customer service will send a confirmation email to the customer for the destinated account refunded to.
Please note that we cannot refund by registered mail.
*We will not be able to refund the shipping fee if you send it back in advance payment.

Attention

If there is no damage or loss of the delivered shoe box or product tag and if you only try on it indoors, we will be able to exchange the size of the same product (different color not possible).
All items purchased during sale or events, will not be eligible for return, style exchange, size exchange, credit note or refund.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, and the replacement product will be delivered free of charge.

Please note that refunds will be provided if the size you requested is not available
If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product only if it is in stock.
The shoe box is also a part of the product, so we cannot accept returns if the shipping slip is attached directly on the shoe box.
Please note that the transfer fee will be deducted from the refund issued.
If you have received a complimentary gift, please include it in the same package regardless of whether it is returned or exchanged.
